Platelet Rich Plasma and Exosome Therapy

What is PRP Therapy?

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP treatment) is a regenerative medicine treatment to help promote healing and skin restoration using the body’s own blood and platelets. How is this done? Blood is drawn from the patient and placed in a centrifuge that will separate the white and red blood cells. The highly active growth factors within the platelets are then extracted and injected back into the patient to help improve function and rejuvenate the body. They can be used on the face, body, scalp and vaginally.

What is Exosome Therapy?

Exosomes are tiny “bubbles” filled with cell signaling molecules, produced by stem cells. They are currently thought to be the way that the stem cells exert their influence on other kinds of cells. Exosomes are not living cells and contain no DNA. They are tiny compared to human cells. Like PRP, exosomes are natural and non-toxic but have a higher concentration of growth factors. Exosome treatments can help reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots while improving skin texture and tone Exosomes can also be injected into the scalp to increase hair growth and vaginally to enhance orgasms and improve urinary incontinence.
